This high-energy comedy was written & directed by Joel Schumacher (Lost Boys, Batman Forever, 8mm) and stars Max Gail, Adam Baldwin, Mr. T, Bill Maher, Paul Rodriguez, Gary Busey, Charlie Barnett, Marsha Warfield, and Whitman Mayo. Irene Cara makes a cameo appearance as herself.
A naive but good-natured young man arrives in Washington, D.C., with plans to work at a run-down cab company owned by his late father's army buddy, Harold. Harold is aware of the sorry state of his business and wants to clean it up but doesn't have the financial means to do so. Complicating matters is the motley group of cab drivers that he has working for him. They all see driving as a dead-end job while they wait for better lives, until Albert inspires them to work as a team.
