Warped Dimension runs May 14th - 15th 2022. Schedule will be live this week.

Warped Dimension is an LiVE online-only festival presented by the producers of Another Hole in the Head--San Francisco’s longest-running genre film festival. Not to be confused with our 18th Annual Another Hole in the Head film festival, this is an entirely separate event. As the name suggests, this festival is dedicated to the Odd, the Eerie, and YES—the WARPED !

The festival will take place May 14th - May 15 th, 2022. The films will be streamed to a registered audience via the Zoom platform at scheduled times (no VOD). Many of the filmmakers will join us on Zoom for their shows and participate in live post-screening Q&A sessions. These sessions will be moderated by a member of our staff, who will ask some preliminary questions, and then move on to questions submitted by the audience via Zoom's Q&A button.

Our audience will use Zoom’s polling function to rate each film they view. The most highly-rated films will receive Audience Awards. In addition, four Staff Awards will be given: Favorite Feature, Favorite Featurette, Favorite Short Film, and Best Trailer (only the trailers for our Official Selections will be considered).

Audience participation is one of the key features of our festival. In addition to the Award polls and Q&A button, we offer our audience the option to interact with one another via our text-based chatbox, which is available throughout all events.

We’ll be screening films of varying length that fit one or more of the following genres: Science Fiction, Fantasy, Action/Adventure, Horror, Mystery/Thriller, Animation, Art/Experimental, Slasher/Splatter, Warped Comedy, and even some Documentaries and Music Videos that fit in with these themes.

Your $20 registration fee will give you access to all of our programming for both dates

Please stay tuned to this page and our blog for all the Warped Dimension news, including the upcoming launch of our new video gallery, featuring trailers and clips from this year's films, plus tutorials on some of the Zoom app functions that you may find useful during the festival.
